Sustainably harvested from Alaska’s waters, whitefish are prized for their firm and flaky texture. Silver Bay Seafoods produces a wide variety of high-quality Alaska whitefish from our processing facilities in Kodiak and the Southeast and Southcentral regions of Alaska.

Silver Bay Seafood’s whitefish are certified under Certified Seafood International (CSI) and the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC). These programs are benchmarked by the Global Sustainable Seafood Initiative (GSSI) and aligned with the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries.
